Every session, whether relaxation-focused, therapeutic, prenatal, or myofascial release, is priced by appointment length. All prices include HST.
Prices include HST. A detailed receipt for insurance submission is provided after every visit.

Hi, I'm Avaleena — a Registered Massage Therapist based in Markham, Ontario. I've been practicing for 9 years, and for the past 2 years I've run my own independent practice, giving my clients my full, undivided attention instead of being one of many therapists in a large clinic rotation.
I trained at Humber College and am registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and a member of the Registered Massage Therapists' Association of Ontario (RMTAO). My approach to treatment is informed by ongoing study — including award-recognized research I authored on massage therapy for scar tissue.
My focus areas are chronic pain, prenatal massage, and myofascial release, with a treatment style built around understanding what's actually going on in your body — not a one-size-fits-all routine.

Direct billing, so you're not paying out of pocket
I direct bill to most major insurance providers, so in most cases you won't need to pay upfront and wait for reimbursement. The one exception is Blue Cross — I'm not currently set up to direct bill Blue Cross, but I'll always provide you with a detailed receipt so you can submit your claim directly.

Good to know before you book
Do you direct bill my insurance?
Yes. I direct bill to most major insurance providers so you don't have to pay out of pocket and wait for reimbursement. Blue Cross is the one exception — I'm not currently set up to direct bill Blue Cross, but I can provide you with a receipt to submit yourself.
Do you treat motor vehicle accident (MVA) injuries?
I'm not currently accepting new motor vehicle accident (MVA) or WSIB claims. My practice is focused on chronic pain, prenatal care, myofascial release, and everyday stress-related tension.
Do you offer prenatal massage?
Yes, prenatal massage is one of my specialties. Treatments are adapted to be safe and comfortable at every stage of pregnancy.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Before your first visit, you'll complete a short health history form through Jane App. At your appointment, we'll talk through your goals and any areas of concern, then I'll build a treatment plan around what you need that day.

My practice is located at 6060 Hwy 7, Lower Level, Markham, ON L3P 3A9.
Will I receive a receipt for insurance?
Yes. A detailed receipt is issued after every appointment through Jane App, which you can submit to your extended health provider.
